Once full payment is received, we will email you to confirm your order and review your requirements to ensure everything is correct. At this stage, we’ll also ask if there is a particular date by which you need your garments. Provided we have sufficient time, we will do our best to accommodate your deadline. If your request is urgent, please let us know immediately so we can assess feasibility. Should we be unable to meet the timeframe, we will inform you promptly and issue a full refund.

It is essential that you provide accurate information and select the correct size. If you have any doubts or questions, please do not hesitate to ask — we’re here to help.

Once you have confirmed all details via email, your garments will be carefully crafted. We will keep you updated throughout the process to ensure a smooth and personalised experience.

OTHER INFORMATION

Washing & Care:

All of our hand- and machine-sewn garments are washable at 30° with your preferred detergent. However, since fabrics are not pre-washed, we recommend a gentle first wash at 20° or below, followed by hang drying. After this initial wash, garments can be laundered according to the care label. Please note that any potential shrinkage is minimal.

Handmade Promise:

Every garment is fully handmade by the owner — nothing is outsourced. Whether ready-to-buy or made to order, each piece is carefully created with time, care, and attention to detail. Our pricing reflects the quality and craftsmanship that goes into every item.

Made to Order & Waiting List:

Made-to-order items may be subject to a waiting list. If you require your garment sooner, please contact us — we’ll always do our best to accommodate. At times, we may temporarily close the waiting list when capacity is reached, but do reach out for urgent requests as exceptions may be possible.

Order Confirmation:

Orders are confirmed by email once full payment is received. Payment secures your item, especially for urgent or made-to-order garments. No contract exists between you and ForeverKnots until this confirmation email is sent. In the unlikely event that a fabric is out of stock with us or our suppliers, you’ll be contacted prior to order confirmation to discuss delays or alternatives.
