What to do in the unlikely event that you're not entirely satisfied


Returns Policy

We gladly accept returns if an item arrives damaged or defective.

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and ensure the item is returned within 7 days of delivery unless otherwise stated.

We cannot be held responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service that includes insurance, and that you retain proof of postage.

Please allow up to 14 days for us to process your refund or replacement.

Aside from damage or defect, we generally do not accept returns for other reasons (e.g., change of mind or ordering error). However, please do get in touch — we may still be able to assist.

We do not usually accept exchanges or cancellations, but again, please contact us if you encounter a problem.

Please note that custom or personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
