At ForeverKnots, we are committed to providing high-quality garments, alongside excellent customer service when fulfilling orders. To assist us in doing so, your use of this website and any orders placed will be governed by the following Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to amend these at any time. Any amendments will take effect once published on the website and will apply to any orders confirmed thereafter. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

The Website

We strive to ensure that all information provided on our website is accurate, particularly regarding product details, descriptions, and prices. However, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the order at the correct price/description or cancel it.

While we aim to display product photographs as accurately as possible, variations may occur due to photography and browser differences. We do our best to describe fabric colours in the listings, but if you are unsure, please contact us for assistance.

Prices

All prices are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed orders will not be affected. Prices shown do not include delivery charges unless stated otherwise.

Ordering

All garments are handmade in-house by the owner — nothing is outsourced. Each outfit is created with great care and attention to detail, reflecting our commitment to quality. This level of craftsmanship is reflected in our pricing.

Once full payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email securing your order. A binding contract will only exist once this confirmation email has been sent.

Due to frequent changes in fabric availability, some designs may not be restocked once sold out.

Payment

We currently accept online payments via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account or wish to use an alternative method, please contact us directly.

Delivery

Upon placing your order, we will provide you with an estimated dispatch time. Orders are shipped via Hermes or Royal Mail and are fully tracked. You will receive an email confirming dispatch along with a tracking number.

Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days from dispatch. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers.

International Orders

We currently deliver primarily within the UK. For international enquiries, please contact us directly — we may still be able to assist.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

All orders are sent via tracked delivery and are insured. If your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time frame, please contact us so we can investigate.
